Field Trips!
Bring your group to PAX Gymnastics & let the fun begin! We invite your organization to our facility for a FUN and engaging field trip experience! For an hour, your group will enjoy several different gymnastics activities, obstacle and ninja courses, air tracks, bag jump, trampolines, and so much more! Our knowledgeable staff will ensure your field trip is a positive, lasting memory for everyone!
Field trips do not have exclusive access to the gym. During your trip there may be other athletes, events, or classes going on.
Field Trip Breakdown
COST: ALL RATES ARE PER CHILD
10 children: $10.00
11-25 children: $9.00
26+ children: $8.00
Upon confirmation, there will be a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit paid by cash or check to the front desk or card payment over the phone. Once the field trip has concluded there will be a one time fee based on the number of participants.
INCLUDES:
- 60 minutes play and games in the gym with our PAX Field Trip Facilitator.
- All party participants MUST sign the PAX Event Waiver.
- All participants must be 3 years of age or older. All parents are to remain in the lobby.
TIMES:
We offer field trips every Wednesdays throughout the year scheduled around all holidays and major gym closings. If you have a different day/time you’re interested in, fill out the form with a request!
WHAT GROUPS DOES THIS INCLUDE:
Groups include Day Cares, Preschools, Sports Teams, Brownies, Scouts, Church Groups, etc.
All children must be a minimum of 3 years old and be potty trained. Only PAX Gymnastics coaches and pre-approved chaperones can come out onto the floor. All other personnel must remain in the lobby.
For any child requiring additional assistance please make sure an aid is present as PAX Gymnastics does not provide additional staff.
HOW DO I ENROLL MY GROUP?
Group leaders must fill out the attached form below to submit a field trip request. PAX Gymnastics will review all imputed information, assign our staff accordingly, and confirm your booking. Once confirmed, you will receive an email. At the conclusion of your field trip a ONE time payment can be made via cash, check, or card.
